• Access to a branded content creation and scheduling tool (the "Scheduler Tool").
• Custom social media management and marketing services (the "Services").

You may engage with us through a free trial of the Scheduler Tool, book service packages, or request custom project quotes.

2. Account Registration and Use

To use the Scheduler Tool, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Do not share access or use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or misuses our platform.

3. Client Responsibilities

When purchasing services or using the Scheduler Tool, you agree to:

• Not misuse, resell, or redistribute Scheduler Tool access unless part of a permitted agency/subaccount model.
• Provide accurate and timely information for branding or content creation.
• Approve deliverables in a reasonable time frame.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Scheduler Tool: May include free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.

Services: Custom packages are quoted individually. Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement. Delays in payment may pause service delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

Scheduler Tool: Cancel anytime by emailing us at contact@ehmarketer.com. No refunds for unused time.

Services: Cancellations require at least 7 days' notice prior to start of work.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, tutorials, and creative materials provided by EH Marketer remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, resell, or repackage any material without written permission.

Client-provided content (e.g., logos, brand assets, copy) remains the property of the client.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services or tools to:

• Post or distribute illegal, hateful, or infringing content.
• Violate platform rules (e.g., Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) when scheduling posts.
• Spam, abuse, or harass others through our platform.

7. Results & Performance

While EH Marketer provides strategic and creative support to boost your visibility, we make no guarantees regarding specific performance outcomes (followers, revenue, engagement, etc.). Results vary based on many external factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

EH Marketer shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use (or inability to use) our services or tools. We provide all offerings "as-is" and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
